Volunteer Community Transport Project now entering 5th year of operation
Odd Rode Parish Council organised an important fund-raising event recently to support the on-going operation of the ‘Rode Runner’ Community Transport project. Cllr Liz Wardlaw and Cllr Rhoda Bailey supported the ‘afternoon tea’ event and were able to meet some of those residents involved. The Rode Runner has proved to be an important local service following its setting up in 2014 and is currently run by a team of dedicated volunteers.
