Philip Staley wins the Nantwich South Town Council By-Election.
This by-Election was called following the sad death of long-serving Town Councillor Norma Simpson earlier this year. Congratulations to Philip Staley, a resident of Nantwich South, who won the by-election comfortably with 602 votes.
